Birthday Party Rental Checklist for Miami Hosts

A smooth Miami birthday is less about Pinterest boards and more about logistics: space, power, timing, and a backup plan for afternoon storms. Use this checklist before you reserve bounce houses, water slides, or tables and chairs.

1. Measure the setup zone

Confirm length, width, and overhead clearance. Add roughly two feet around the unit footprint. Watch for slopes, sprinkler heads, low branches, and pool cages. If the yard is tight, a smaller bounce house or dry combo usually beats forcing a large water slide.

2. Confirm power (and water if wet)

Most inflatables need a standard outdoor outlet within about 50 feet. Parks without power may need a generator rental. Water slides also need hose access and a place for runoff that will not flood a neighbor’s patio.

3. Check HOA, condo, or park rules

Some communities limit stakes, wet units, or setup hours. Parks may require permits. Share those rules when you book so we can match anchoring methods and delivery windows.

4. Plan seating and shade
